Terrawatu has been developing products and services as part of our program activities in order to internally support the organization while benefiting local communities at the same time.

Maasai Leather Handbags handmade by our ladies in the village of Mkonoo. These classy, high-quality bags make a style statement while contributing significantly to women's empowerment in rural Tanzanian villages.

Maasai Herbal Tea Blends are available for sale at select upscale luxury lodges around Tanzania. We are working on exporting the product. Profits support tree-planting activities.

Beaded jewelry crafted by HIV widows and patients working with Women in Action (WIA) are sold at college campuses in the United States. Profits support Terrawatu and Women in Action.

Terrawatu Estate Selections coffee is under development. We are working directly with Tanzanian farmers to create some of the highest quality beans available.

People-to-People safaris with Terrawatu have guided dozens of visitors to Tanzania deep into Maasailand, world famous national parks such as the Serengeti, and to the Swahili Coast. Visitor expenditures support local NGOs, hotels and lodges and Terrawatu's grassroots development projects.
